Patients usually have insurance and financial questions. Insurance language and policies can be confusing and misleading. Terms like "coverage," "non-coverage," "in network," "out of network," "PPO," "HMO," "on the list," and "not on the list," tell you nothing! Our staff is trained to help patients understand insurance language and put it into real life dollars and cents. However, it is impossible to get real life answers until your doctor has completed all necessary tests and is clear about your diagnosis and treatment options. For now, do not make any judgments about finances, our staff will do their best to make things easy for you.
